Young and upcoming artist Izwa Ahmad's paintings invite us into a fun filled world of childhood memories. Her colourful and highly detailed canvases influenced by Japanese animation prompt us to contemplate narratives of our childhood, and relationships with the companions around us. Under close observation, beloved anime characters could be found among the action-packed scenes. Her solo exhibition in 2023 was titled Anything, Anywhere All At Once.
